High alltitude air

Does anyone know where I can purchase high altitude air for my tires? I was jeeping on Hagerman pass when someone suggested that I needed it. Any ideas. Thanks. :mrgreen:

I believe they extract it from the swamplands in Florida during the dry season. :lol:
